Sustainability at ]init[: Society and Personnel Development

We live diversity in our sustainable corporate culture, train young people, give opportunities for lateral entry and promote personal commitment.

We create diversity and inclusion in everyday working life and ensure a feel-good atmosphere. This is not the only reason why many of our employees stay with us for more than five years.

Our initiative for diversity in action is working. The proportion of women at ]init[ is 40 percent; far above the IT industry average of 16 percent. And a third of our managers are female.

We train

Young people receive qualified training with us. In 2021, we trained 13 apprentices and 4 dual students. 34 working students and 36 trainees gained their first professional experience with us.

The ]init[iative program supports the personal voluntary commitment of employees. With corporate donations, we support societal initiatives to enable change.
