On-Premise AI for Public Administration ]init[ expands its AI portfolio

Digital sovereignty is a fundamental prerequisite for operating AI solutions in public administration. To meet this requirement, we are investing in the development of an AI server infrastructure in our own BSI-certified data center.

With the GPU cluster, we are laying the foundation for processing even the largest large language models (LLMs) and computationally intensive AI tasks. Government agencies and administrations benefit from full data sovereignty within a secure infrastructure based on European open-source models such as Mistral AI or Aleph Alpha. At the same time, the high organizational and technical requirements for digitally sovereign AI solutions are inherently met. 

Local hosting of AI applications is a core component of the ]init[ AI Platform. Our in-house development framework enables flexible AI solutions such as AI chatbots, application assistants, and tools for AI-powered workflow management based on reusable AI components. Using the platform, we are currently working with clients to explore the potential applications of AI in proof-of-concept projects and integrate them into our own apps. This allows us to enhance the user-friendliness and efficiency of the applications throughout the entire public administration workflow.
