The Smart Government initiative by Abu Dhabi is in full swing. The Abu Dhabi System and Information Center (ADSIC) presented our new masterpiece at the Gulf Information Technology Exhibition 2015 (GITEX): Abu Dhabi Services. The app brings the Abu Dhabi eGovernment portal to mobile devices – naturally with a mobile look and feel.

It’s well worth it for citizens, visitors and traders to download the iOS and Android app or visit the mobile website. This is because in addition to well-organized information on over 1,000 services from all administrative offices in the Emirates, some 20 mobile Smart Services have also been integrated. Applications and payments for real estate, certificates or vehicle registration renewal are easy to submit on the go.

Advantages for the client

  • Vast accessibility for the catalogue of services and online services of all Abu Dhabi Government departments in a mobile usage context.
  • High flexibility, stability and security through implementation based on a single-page application, ADF 12 and ElasticSearch as a content repository for Oracle WebCenter Content Webservices.
  • Direct mobile usage for around 20 mobile smart services.
  • All-round service, post-development: Installation and configuration in the Abu Dhabi Shared Government Data Center (SGDC), operation, maintenance and further development.
