Streamline planning processes and reduce bureaucracy. DiPlanung consolidates planning and permitting procedures on a nationwide digital platform. We are developing key components of this solution in collaboration with other partners.

Together with Bechtle GmbH as the general contractor, ]init[ is supporting the Free State of Thuringia in implementing its digital strategy. All three lots of the “E-Government Services Framework Agreement” have been awarded to the consortium for a period of four years.

We have once again been named a winner of the 2026 Best Managed Companies Award. With this award and seal of approval, the jury recognizes ]init[ as an outstandingly managed company. The award highlights three strategic initiatives that have repositioned ]init[ and made it future-proof amid challenging market conditions.

In the BVDW Internet Agency Ranking, ]init[ once again took third place and secured two second-place finishes in the sub-rankings. This success demonstrates that the end-to-end approach resonates with the market.

Around 15,600 BARMER employees use the WIM knowledge management system to easily find information for their daily work. With WIM, they can reliably process claims from insured individuals and quickly advise customers. ]init[ supports the health insurance provider from the initial concept through development using the CoreMedia Studio CMS all the way to application management.

How can young people get involved in society and politics? For the JFF – Institute for Media Education in Research and Practice – we developed an interactive engagement platform featuring a personality test and an accompanying campaign – from kickoff to launch in just two months.

On behalf of the Federal Ministry for Digital Affairs and State Modernization (BMDS), we have developed the website for the new portal. Starting now, citizens, businesses, and other stakeholders can report bureaucratic hurdles directly online to help improve processes.

Find the right funding faster with AI: At the heart of the project is an AI chatbot that guides companies to suitable funding and financing programs in just a few steps.

The German Chamber of Industry and Commerce (DIHK) has completely revamped its website in collaboration with ]init[. The CMS upgrade marks the first use of the AI assistant KIO. It streamlines day-to-day editorial processes and helps ensure consistently high-quality content.

The Webdialogcenter offers AOK policyholders and employees a fully digital service. Our subsidiaries designed and developed the Webdialogcenter and also provide ongoing support for its operation. This benefits approximately three million policyholders and about 8,000 employees.

We assisted the Baden-Württemberg Ministry of the Interior with the first successful integration of a service into the National Once-Only Technical System (NOOTS), thereby demonstrating that Once-Only works and is ready for future use in live operations. 

ITSM solutions that run on-premises or in the cloud in Germany are in high demand. Together with KIX, we offer our customers digitally sovereign service management.

The RKI relies on our expertise in standardization and data modeling: Together, we are preparing the MEx metadata model for the European Health Data Space. In this way, we are laying the groundwork for a modern research data landscape.

We have implemented an AI search feature for Germany Trade & Invest (GTAI). It complements the website’s search function: companies can ask questions in natural language, receive reliable answers on trade and investment topics, and are directed straight to the appropriate contacts.

At the beginning of the year, IT service provider xitee is setting itself up with new management. The Czech company joined ]init[ with the acquisition of the HBSN Group and, together with the group of companies, implements complex implementation projects for public administration and the healthcare sector.

]init[ has signed the Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) for the introduction of the EU Digital Identity Wallet (EUDI-Wallet). Through this initiative, we are promoting wallet technologies in our projects and supporting the launch of a Europe-wide digital identity in 2027.

This summer, we developed the website for the Center of Excellence for Digitalization and Care on behalf of the GKV-Spitzenverband. Thanks to close collaboration, combined expertise, and efficient project management, we were able to create a modern, accessible portal in a very short time. 

Many project-related questions can only be answered by involving citizens and stakeholders. The DIALOG BOX offers public agencies and organizations a wide range of participation modules that can be customized to suit their needs. It is easy to use, efficient, and cloud-based.

]init[ now has a branch in Austria. With our new office in Vienna, we are expanding our operations in German-speaking countries and are now offering our end-to-end portfolio in Austria as well.

Planning approval processes are complex – and offer enormous potential for digitalization. With our support, the Federal Ministry of Transport (BMV) is consolidating all technical planning for major infrastructure projects onto a modern end-to-end platform.

Since June 30, 2025, we have held official C5 certification in accordance with the BSI C5:2020 standard. The auditing firm HKKG certified our cloud services without any restrictions or conditions – a thoroughly positive certification.

The Supervisory Board of ]init[ has appointed Dr. Eckart Pech as a new member of the Managing Board. Dr. Pech, who is based in Munich, will take over the newly created Health board department. By establishing this position, we are strengthening our position as a provider of digital end-to-end solutions in the healthcare sector.
