]init[ subsidiary xitee to launch in 2026 with expanded management team
At the beginning of the year, IT service provider xitee is setting itself up with new management. The Czech company joined ]init[ with the acquisition of the HBSN Group and, together with the group of companies, implements complex implementation projects for public administration and the healthcare sector.
The management team led by Martin Zítko, who was appointed Chief Technology Officer in 2021, is now being strengthened by Lucie Králíčková, who is taking on the role of Chief Financial Officer. The business information specialist joined xitee in 2021 and has previously headed the finance department. Chief Operating Officer Julia Läkemäker and Chief Financial Officer Dr. Axel Kaufmann from ]init[ are expanding the management team. With the appointment of these top managers, we are underlining our commitment to further expanding the ]init[ Group's full-service delivery network with the experience of xitee.

xitee is an IT service provider founded in Prague in 2004 that supports customers with customized digitalization through software development, consulting, project management, and managed IT services. The company was acquired by ]init[ in spring 2025 and, as of January 1, 2026, will be aligned as a competence partner for European digitalization projects within the ]init[ Group with an expanded management team. By sharpening its profile, xitee is establishing structures to intensify collaboration on projects with the approximately 1,400 digital specialists at ]init[ AG in Germany and its subsidiaries Ironforge Consulting (Switzerland) and ]init[ DCP (Portugal).
xitee is already a key implementation specialist in our platform projects, particularly in the context of public health services. By closely integrating delivery organizations and ensuring a sustainable transfer of expertise, we are giving the company additional momentum for growth.
