Central operation control of Germanys 115 hotline
]init[ will undertake operations for the public administration's customer service 115 from 2017 until 2020. The eGovernment service provider guarantees a uniform level of quality and service in its operation of the citizen telephone information service and operational integration of new partners.
The Federal Ministry of the Interior (BMI) awarded the contract following a Europe-wide tender process. Support services will include a service desk for 115 partners, operations control and service-level management, as well as operational quality and subscriber management.

]init[ supported the Ministry in 2014 with the design of a multi-channel app for 115, and created a prototype of the app. At the 13th eGovernment Competition in 2014, the App received an award for best contribution to the implementation of the National E-Government Strategy (NEGS).
