For online appointment booking, the subsequent personal appointment invitation, and the conduct of the meeting you have requested, we require your last name and email address as well as the name of your organization (mandatory information). This information is essential for the use of the service. The legal basis for the processing of this data is Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR (performance of the service you have requested).

Further information about yourself would be very helpful to us, but is voluntary. The legal basis for the processing of voluntary information is your consent in accordance with Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR.

We process and store your personal data only for the duration of the above-mentioned purposes, unless statutory retention obligations must be observed.

We use the services of eTermin Ltd. for online appointment booking. As a processor, eTermin Ltd. is contractually obliged under Art. 28 GDPR to process data only in accordance with the instructions of ]init[ AG and in compliance with the applicable data protection requirements.
