]init[ AG für digitale Kommunikation and HBSN GmbH have been a single entity since July 31, 2026. With the entry in the commercial register, the merger of HBSN GmbH – which was fully acquired in January 2025 – into ]init[ AG was legally finalized. The approximately 450 active clients in the healthcare sector will be served in the future by a single organization under the unified ]init[ brand.

Find the right funding faster with AI: At the heart of the project is an AI chatbot that guides companies to suitable funding and financing programs in just a few steps.

Streamline planning processes and reduce bureaucracy. DiPlanung consolidates planning and permitting procedures on a nationwide digital platform. We are developing key components of this solution in collaboration with other partners.

On behalf of the Federal Ministry for Digital Affairs and State Modernization (BMDS), we have developed the website for the new portal. Starting now, citizens, businesses, and other stakeholders can report bureaucratic hurdles directly online to help improve processes.

Together with Bechtle GmbH as the general contractor, ]init[ is supporting the Free State of Thuringia in implementing its digital strategy. All three lots of the “E-Government Services Framework Agreement” have been awarded to the consortium for a period of four years.

We now have our own branch office in Muri near Bern. The new location will enable us to bring our experience and expertise to the Swiss market even more directly in the future.

The “PKV-Konnektor” is a gateway for the digital, standardized exchange of data among private health insurers across system boundaries. ]init[ and xitee have been expanding the platform since 2016, thereby laying the digital foundation for the care of millions of privately insured individuals.

We have once again been named a winner of the 2026 Best Managed Companies Award. With this award and seal of approval, the jury recognizes ]init[ as an outstandingly managed company. The award highlights three strategic initiatives that have repositioned ]init[ and made it future-proof amid challenging market conditions.

In the BVDW Internet Agency Ranking, ]init[ once again took third place and secured two second-place finishes in the sub-rankings. This success demonstrates that the end-to-end approach resonates with the market.

Around 15,600 BARMER employees use the WIM knowledge management system to easily find information for their daily work. With WIM, they can reliably process claims from insured individuals and quickly advise customers. ]init[ supports the health insurance provider from the initial concept through development using the CoreMedia Studio CMS all the way to application management.
