AOK Saxony-Anhalt Streamlines Online Processes with HBSN and xitee

The “Health Portal” of AOK Saxony-Anhalt brings together numerous online services for over 840,000 insured individuals. Digital services such as the “Form Center” and the “GESUNDESKONTO” save time, prevent errors, and ensure modern, patient-centered care.

Today, policyholders expect digital services that are fast, secure, and intuitive. That is why AOK Sachsen-Anhalt is continuously expanding its online offerings in collaboration with the digital health specialists at our subsidiaries HBSN and xitee. Since 2019, the customer portal Deine Gesundheitswelt has made it easier to interact with the health insurance provider. New features ensure that requests are processed even more quickly.

Form Center

The Form Center enables users to apply for benefits online – from long-term care applications to travel expense reimbursements. Insured individuals can access the system directly through their customer accounts, utilizing pre-filled data and dynamic forms. Integrated help features, sample images, and upload functions ensure clarity. This helps prevent errors and speeds up the processing of applications. The forms are automatically integrated into AOK Saxony-Anhalt’s business processes.

GESUNDESKONTO

With the GESUNDESKONTO, insured individuals can request additional health services such as dental cleanings or travel vaccinations, upload invoices, and track the processing status. Automated preliminary checks and direct integration with AOK Saxony-Anhalt’s systems shorten processing times and reduce the need for follow-up inquiries. This allows insured individuals to receive their reimbursements quickly and easily.

With support from HBSN and xitee, AOK Saxony-Anhalt has efficiently streamlined its digital services. The framework agreement for online services awarded in 2024 strengthens the partnership and supports the further expansion of the digital service ecosystem.
