With the open-source service management software KIX Pro, we are expanding our vendor-neutral ITSM portfolio to include a data-sovereign option. KIX Pro is suitable for the service desk, traditional IT service management, and cross-departmental enterprise service management. The solution has a modular design, is customizable, and is certified for 16 ITIL 4 practices.
For the configuration and operation of KIX Pro, the software provider brings its product and technology expertise to our projects. Combined with our ITSM Service Operations – ranging from taking on individual process roles to managing the entire system operation – organizations benefit from improved service quality, more efficient processes, and high transparency.
