]init[ launches B2B campaign Kai Lohberger and Stephan Stechow are driving growth
We are realigning our portfolio for the private sector and making our experience with complex digital projects for the public sector more widely available. B2B companies benefit from secure platforms, AI-enabled architectures, and end-to-end implementation – from design through to operation.
With Kai Lohberger and Stephan Stechow, we are bringing two experienced strategists for B2B growth on board. The message is clear: ]init[’s proven expertise in highly secure, scalable digital projects will be leveraged even more effectively to meet the needs of the private sector.
Having long been a leader in digitalization projects in the public sector, ]init[ is now also establishing itself in the B2B segment. The company is already supporting brands such as Continental, BSH Home Appliances, and LGT Private Banking in the design, implementation, and operation of digital platforms. The New Business Initiative, which has been strategically and organizationally restructured under the leadership of CEO Harald Felling, targets large enterprises, corporate groups, and hidden champions, delivering exactly what is needed: deep expertise ranging from AI to UX and CMS implementation to cloud hosting and IT security, consistent teams, and a seamless end-to-end service chain.
Expanding our B2B segment is a crucial step toward strengthening digital sovereignty in the private sector as well. We draw on decades of experience from highly complex projects in the public sector to give companies a competitive edge with secure, scalable, and AI-enabled solutions. With Kai Lohberger and Stephan Stechow, we have the right people to successfully implement this strategy.
Chief Executive Officer, ]init[ AG
Kai Lohberger and Stephan Stechow have many years of experience in developing growth strategies for digital agencies. At IBM iX, they worked at the interface between the agency and the corporate group; most recently, at Bitgrip, they drove new business growth through technology and platform projects. At ]init[, they are responsible for the go-to-market strategy for B2B and are refining the end-to-end portfolio for the target segment.
Kai Lohberger brings his expertise in marketing, digital brand management, and market development to this role: “Companies face the challenge of making the right digital decisions. The greatest leverage lies in AI-powered customer experiences that boost efficiency and profitability. ]init[’s unique experience with highly secure, scalable platforms for the public sector is the perfect foundation for now bringing this strength to the private sector in an agile way with measurable business impact.” Kai Lohberger has over 20 years of agency and leadership experience in digital and branding agencies – including as CMO at Bitgrip, and as Director of Marketing & Sales at IBM iX, MetaDesign, and Strichpunkt.
Stephan Stechow, who focuses on partnerships and technical strategy, adds: “Large software monoliths have become cost traps. We don’t rely on the risky ‘big bang’ approach, but rather on a predictable, step-by-step modernization. This allows us to reduce operating costs and accelerate innovation, for example through AI services integrated into core systems.” Stephan Stechow brings extensive leadership experience in business development to his new role – including as CRO at Bitgrip and Director of Technical Business Development at IBM iX.
