Demokratie und Vielfalt Unsere Haltung gegen Rechtsextremismus

Many of us defend our democracy through peaceful demonstrations and stand up against right-wing extremism. We support the commitment of every individual—whether through courageous expressions of opinion, participation in demonstrations, or support for civil society initiatives.

As a company, we are neutral, but we take a stand—for tolerance, for diversity, for democracy. Because our employees, who come from a wide variety of backgrounds, genders, religions, and ethnicities, form the foundation of our work. Their diverse cultural influences and ways of thinking shape our projects, through which we are able to make a positive contribution to a democratic society. That is why we stand side by side with them and with everyone who champions the ideals of equality and human freedom.

We are all aware that democracy cannot be taken for granted. We must actively stand up for it and make our voices heard—whether in our professional and private lives, in everyday conversations, or at demonstrations. Only in this way can we, as a society, bring about change and live up to our responsibilities.
