The Consulting and User Experience service areas experienced a growth spurt thanks to important budget gains in the public sector and with existing industry clients - including contracts awarded by the Federal Ministry for Family Affairs, Senior Citizens, Women and Youth (BMFSFJ), the Procurement Office of the Interior, the Federal Information Technology Centre (ITZBund) and the German Aerospace Center (DLR). We will continue on this successful path in 2020 with contracts awarded by the Federal Ministry of Finance (BMF) and Vitesco Technologies, among others.

The ranking of the largest internet agencies has been published by the BVDW's specialist group of full-service digital agencies since 2001 in cooperation with the media partners iBusiness, Horizont and Werben & Verkaufen. Admitted to the ranking are full-service Internet agencies, which as such represent several levels of the value-added chain of their external clients on the internet and are essentially entrusted with the conception, creation and technical implementation of digital solutions. To this end, the agencies maintain their own personnel and generate at least 60 percent of their income from this core business.
