What is end-to-end digitization?

"End-to-end" has long since ceased to refer solely to an encryption method in digital communication. In the context of public administration, it refers to fully digitized processes. To ensure that citizens can access complex administrative services as easily as possible and without any disruption in the process, processes and technologies must work together seamlessly: from the provision of information, digital application forms, and backend application processing to the issuance of decisions or the disbursement of government benefits. The Online Access Act (OZG) has succeeded in making numerous administrative services available online.
