Harald Fellig, Chief Executive Officer, and Dr. Axel Kaufmann, Chief Financial Officer, accepted the Best Managed Company 2026 award on May 21, 2026, in Frankfurt am Main. The seal of approval awarded by Deloitte Private  UBS the Federation of German Industries (BDI), and the Frankfurter Allgemeinen Zeitung recognizes ]init[ for outstanding corporate management in all four core areas evaluated: strategy, productivity and innovation, culture and commitment, and finance and governance.

It is an honor for us to accept this award on behalf of our more than 1,200 employees, whose daily dedication is the foundation of our company’s success. In 2025, through the integration of the HBSN Group, the implementation of go-to-market structures, and our new corporate strategy, we have repeatedly demonstrated “Best Managed Change,” which positions us well for the future.

What convinced the jury

Three strategic projects particularly impressed the jury this year:

Updated Corporate Strategy

In 2025, ]init[ developed and adopted a new corporate strategy in response to changing market conditions and foreseeable trends. We have consistently reevaluated and realigned our strategic direction with a focus on customer needs and market developments. The jury recognizes this speed of decision-making and strategic clarity as a sign of strong corporate leadership.

The biggest transformation in the company's history

The transition to a go-to-market organization is the most far-reaching structural change that ]init[ has ever undergone. Structures, processes, and the entire marketing approach have been realigned and are now consistently focused on customer needs. Successfully pulling off a transformation of this magnitude is no small feat, and that is precisely why it is being recognized with this award.

Post Merger Integration as a Best Practice

In early 2025, ]init[ acquired the HBSN Group. The way ]init[ is managing the integration demonstrates what a structured, people-centered, and strategically sound post-merger integration can achieve.

The Best Managed Seal of Approval recognizes outstanding corporate leadership that fosters stability and does not rest on its laurels. Behind ]init[ stands a motivated team that takes responsibility – toward its employees, the market, and society—based on strong values.
