Demanding and ambitious. In service design and in backend. The emirate shines with digital authority service par excellence - made in Germany.

The Abu Dhabi eGovernment Gateway is one of the most impressive government portals in the world. Implemented on behalf of the Abu Dhabi Systems & Information Center (ADSIC), it provides citizens and businesses with digital access to over 1,250 administrative services in 12 subject areas and life situations. Another 50 online services are seamlessly connected to the backend systems of the Abu Dhabi Government Departments. The Abu Dhabi Police Department takes payment of administrative fines and declarations relating to licenses on this one-stop SOA platform.

At the same time, the Abu Dhabi Services app brings the convenience of the eGovernment platform to mobile devices. On the way, for example, you can complete the application for and payment for real estate, certificates or your vehicle registration renewal.

An internationally distributed project team at 3 locations in 3 timezones and with more than 50 team members is behind the successful launch of the SOA platform. The result is convincing: The number of visitors to the new Abu Dhabi eGovernment Portal rose by more than 40 percent in 2014.
