• You are responsiblefor training, optimisation, fine-tuning and deployment of AI models forexciting, socially relevant projects
• You integrate our AIapplications with customers - regardless of platform or environment
• You develop andmaintain backend services for AI solutions and processing pipelines in NaturalLanguage Processing (NLP)
• You create NLPpipelines for various use cases
• With your passionfor Artificial Intelligence (AI) you stay up to date and actively shape ourinnovations

• You have a degree inbusiness informatics, computer science or a comparable qualification
• You have very good Python skills and extensive experience in the development of microservices
• You are familiarwith common AI and NLP frameworks such as Langchain and with AI models such asLLMs (OpenAI, LLama 2), bi-encoders and cross-encoders
• You have experiencein data processing and analysis with Pandas, Numpy and Matplotlib
• You have expertisein prompting, vector embedding and fine-tuning of embedding models
• Very good German andgood English skills round off your profile
