In order to be able to integrate and use the dimensions of data, it is not just a matter of developing intelligent systems for localization or geo-referencing of data via a map server, but rather about preparing content appropriately and making it available via different information channels while considering new operating concepts. In doing so, the aim of ]init['s applications and systems is to allow the accessing of information: always related to the context and available in every location.

For many years ]init[ has developed innovative GIS applications and early on made data relating to space fit for online use. Today, besides the development of complex specialist processes, the focus lies on their integration in heterogeneous service landscapes and architectures, as well as cross-hardware and cross-platform presentation and utilization of the respective technological possibilities, such as GPS integration or visualization in augmented reality.
