In 1995, Dirk Stocksmeier has founded ]init[.
He is chairman of the board of directors and responsible for service provision and the corporate division Controlling & Finance.

Harald Felling

Chief Sales Officer

Harald Felling has been at ]init[ since 1999 and joined the board of directors in 2005. There he is responsible for the Sales Division International.

Executive Directors

Sandra Lowin

Sandra Lowin has been with ]init[ since 2001. She is responsible for the corporate divisons Strategy, Marketing and Human Resources.

Maik Farthmann

Maik Farthmann has been at ]init[ since 1999 and joined the executive board in 2005. He is head of the Sales Division National. As Executive Director he is also responsible for the corporate division Innovation & Research Cooperation.

Supervisory Board

Uwe Littau

Chairman

Uwe Littau is a consultant for corporate planning, corporate management and restructuring. Furthermore, he is also active as an interim commercial manager for small and medium-sized companies. In addition, he has been member of ]init[ AG's supervisory board since 2005. Since January 2010 he is its Chairman.

Franz Josef Buschmeier

Franz Josef Buschmeier has been working in the IT industry for 24 years. After long-time engagements at Siemens, Unisys and Verifone he was appointed member of the ]init[ board of directors in 2007. In January 2010 he changed to the supervisory board.

Prof. Dr.-Ing. Klaus Rebensburg

Prof. Dr.-Ing. Klaus Rebensburg is head of the FSP-PV research centre for network technology and multimedia applications at the Technical University Berlin, and also lectures at Potsdam University. He has been a member of the supervisory board of ]init[ AG since the formation of the company.
