The “Abu Dhabi eGovernment Gateway” on Facebook is the new access point to the central government portal of the emirate – www.abudhabi.ae. With the special service for users of the social network the Abu Dhabi Systems & Information Centre (ADSIC) has started a variety of activities in social networks to draw more attention to the service portal. “Fans” of the Gateway receive regular updates on government services and events on their Facebook timeline and have the possibility to comment and to share them with other network members. The most important online services and information of government authorities are only a click away.
