]init[ Enriches Current BAköV Training Program with IT Project Management Training

 Colourbox)Also in 2011 ]init[ is training IT project leaders and employees of federal administration as part of the training program of  the Federal Academy of Public Administration.

The seminar “IT project management for public administration” held by ]init[ consultants and project leaders illuminates administrative aspects regarding the execution of IT projects. This includes V-Modell XT, SAGA, WiBe (calculation of profitability), BSI basic protection, and tendering procedures. Furthermore the training concentrates on basic concepts of IT project management, and, amongst others, project planning and controlling, risk management, and requirements definition. Project-experienced ]init[ employees discuss by means of practical examples with the participants on how IT projects can be successfully implemented.

Since 2004 ]init[ has carried out trainings in the field of IT project management and standards for BAköV.
