In the future, the French Ministry of Defense will apply SEMIC.EU technology in its intranet. To this aim, the Ministry developed a localized pilot version adapting it to its own requirements.

The decision of the Defense Ministry to develop an own repository based on the open source-platform of SEMIC.EU, prepares the ground for a deepened cooperation with other French standardization initiatives.
