The Federal Ministry for Family Affairs, Senior Citizens, Women and Youth has released together with the Federal Employment Agency  the information portal www.perspektive-wiedereinstieg.de. It is part of the broadly conceived action program “Perspective comeback” with the aim to promote measures and initiatives that simplify the comeback of women into their professional life.

The portal acts as a pilot for women that plan to return to their professional life after the parental leave. It presents the different possibilities to manage the comeback, offers consulting and information opportunities concerning the personal career and helps with the first steps. Women who need the support on the modeling of the first steps will find tips, as well as women who are looking for detailed information regarding child care or further education. The design deliberately abstains from a complex navigation: all relevant information can be reached with only two clicks.
