The State Chancellery Rhineland-Palatinate has fully converted the workflow management of the registry office of the State Government to electronic filing. Therewith, the technical foundation for further eFile projects in the State Chancellery is laid based on the successfully consolidated infrastructure.

From now on all queries of citizens from the entry, to the processing and the issuing of the answer, to the filing are processed with the electronic document management DOMEA by Open Text. The whole correspondence of letters, faxes and e-mails is recoded in digital safety cages. The operations are related to the respective employees and processed in a continuous media workflow, and the result is documented and filed in the eFile.

Not only administration procedures are speeded up, but also the transparency and traceability in the administrative action are increased due to the eFile.
