The Bertelsmann Foundation has established a work and communication platform with the launching of the website www.irr-network.org to promote a vital discussion about the possibilities of improving the quality of state regulation and administration. Therewith the IRR Network is a permanent steering and continuation of the “International Regulatory Reform Conferences” (IRRC) and at the same time, a networking place for international experts from science, politics, administration, and economics.
