Today marks the launch of phase 2 of the digital citizens' dialogue for the sustainable development of Germany.

The first phase ended in November 2010 successfully with more than 2.000 statements, comments and declarations of support from interested citizens. Under consideration of the input the Federal Ministries developed a first draft of the progress report, which is now put forward for discussion.

This is the first time the Federal Government enables citizens to comment online a political report, which will be passed in its final version by the federal cabinet. ]init[ provides this consultation platform based on the Open Source Framework ]init[ SocialWebSuite.
