Nowadays, the success of a company significantly depends on perfectly functioning IT systems and workstations. For this reason, the Germany Trade and Invest Association for Foreign Trade and Place Marketing (GTAI) entrusted ]init[ and itec systems AG, two experienced service-providers, with comprehensive IT support. Within a framework agreement running until 2015 both companies ensure the smooth operation and enhancement of the complex IT infrastructure of the GTAI.

In this connection, ]init[ undertakes second level support for the GTAI headquarters in Berlin. To solve hardware or software problems quickly and reliably certified ]init[ employees are directly contactable: either in the business premises at Friedrichstraße,  via telephone support hotline, or through an internet-based ticket-system. Furthermore, ]init[ gives consultation concerning  further development of  GTAI’s IT development,  provides software asset management, and gives support in IT security and process control together with itec systems AG.
