Customized online service
The Energy provider Nuon Germany has released its full-service customer portal. From now on energy and gas customer of Nuon have the possibility to flexibly proceed and individually administrate their data easily and smoothly on the portal.
The customer can choose the direct access to the customer portal “My Nuon” via the website www.nuon-energie.de. With a high user orientation in concept and design the portal guarantees a quick finding of information and services. The homepage acts as a cockpit and provides a complete overview of the entire range of information and services on the home page. From there, the portal leads at a glance to the desired actions like e.g. updating bank data, altering the reduction or introducing the counter reading.
