Recommendations for more efficient business processes, suggestions for improved user orientation and consultation concerning the right choice of content management systems – With a comprehensive web study ]init[ supports the General Secretariat  of the Council of the European Union in strategic and technical reframing of its digital communication.

First steps for the reorganization of www.consilium.europa.eu, www.european-council.europa.eu, and social media services have already been taken on the basis of recommendations by ]init[: Central business processes have been adjusted to the requirements of modern online communication and a coordination office for the control of digital communication has already started working.

In the currently ongoing second project phase the EU council and ]init[ are mutually working to implement improved processes and technical recommendations and to align digital communication to transparency and interactivity.
